Agreement
These terms govern your use of Coco GmbH services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account up to date.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the services or attempt to access them in an unauthorized manner.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Respect privacy and confidentiality when uploading contact data.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Coco GmbH a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the services.
Fees and billing
If you subscribe to paid plans, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law.
Liability
We provide the services “as is” and to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coco GmbH is liable only for intent and gross negligence; liability for indirect damages is excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. For consumers in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
